Use this guide to understand what a saved call count, a linked booking, and a follow-up status say about the records in a Jobspindle workspace.
01 / Saved activity
Read the call totals as record counts
The saved call summary counts verified-call records stored in the workspace. Its date choices are 7, 30, or 90 calendar days, grouped by the saved call date in UTC.
A
Saved calls
The number of saved verified-call records in the selected call-date window. It is not a count of all calls received by a phone line.
B
With a saved booking
Saved call records that have a linked saved booking record. This describes the link in the workspace, not whether an appointment took place.
C
Without a saved booking
Saved call records with no linked booking record. It does not establish whether an appointment was arranged outside the saved workspace record.
The two booking counts partition the saved-call total: with saved booking + without saved booking = saved calls.
02 / Jobs-booked report
Each date filter applies to a different saved field
The saved call list and its matching-record count follow the active filters. Summary cards have their own date scope, so read each card’s description before comparing it with the filtered list.
Call date
Scopes records by the date and time saved on the verified call.
Appointment date
Scopes linked booking records by their saved scheduled date. A call without a linked booking cannot match this filter.
Follow-up due date
Scopes call records by the due date saved for follow-up. Calls without a saved due date do not match a selected due-date range.
Booking outcome
Includes all saved calls, calls with a linked saved booking, or calls without one.
Follow-up status
Includes all statuses or only records marked Not started, In progress, or Done.
Service
Scopes calls by the service text saved on their linked booking record.
Manual booking rate
Compares calls with a saved booking link to manually entered calls in the selected call-date and follow-up due-date ranges. It includes all booking outcomes; booking outcome, follow-up status, appointment-date, and service filters do not change this rate.
Bookings by month
Counts linked, manually entered booking records by saved scheduled month over the trailing 12 calendar months. The service filter narrows this chart; it is not a live schedule view.
Provider call ID search
Searches the visible saved rows and does not change the report summary totals.
Appointment outcome
If present, Completed, Cancelled, or No-show is the saved outcome label on the booking. It is not independent confirmation of what happened at the appointment.
The call summary’s 7-, 30-, and 90-day trend uses UTC calendar dates. The Jobs-booked report’s call and appointment date ranges use the workspace time zone when one is saved; the follow-up due-date range applies to the saved due date.
03 / Follow-up tracking
A status is a saved label on a call record
Follow-up status describes what is currently recorded for that saved call. It is updated in the workspace and is not an automatic measurement of contact activity.
Not started
The saved status has not been moved to In progress or Done.
In progress
The saved status marks follow-up as underway.
Done
The saved status marks follow-up as done; it does not verify that contact occurred.
Follow-up completion count = saved calls marked Done in the selected call-date window. The displayed completion percentage divides that count by all saved verified-call records in the same window. With no saved calls, the percentage is blank.
04 / Limits
What these reports cannot confirm
A report reflects the saved fields and filters shown in the workspace. Treat it as a record-keeping view, not evidence of a live service event.
They do not show live AI answering or a live schedule lookup.
A saved booking is not proof that an appointment was actually booked or kept.
A follow-up marked Done is not independent confirmation that follow-up occurred.
Counts exclude calls, bookings, or follow-ups that were never saved in the workspace.
