Question 1

Is AI call answering available?

Accepted Answer

No. AI call answering is unavailable while Jobspindle is in development.

Question 2

What do I need to create a contractor account?

Accepted Answer

Create an account with your name, work email, and password. After signup, you go to your private workspace setup to add your business and service details.

Question 3

What goes in my private workspace setup?

Accepted Answer

The private workspace asks for your business name, primary trade, and service area, plus service details such as a call script, operating hours, and booking rules. Saving those details stores them in your workspace; it does not activate the service.

Question 4

Is the waitlist the same as creating an account?

Accepted Answer

No. The waitlist is separate from contractor account signup. It asks for your email and consent to receive development and early-access updates only. Joining does not create an account or activate the service.

Question 5

How do I join the contractor waitlist?

Accepted Answer

Choose “Join the contractor waitlist” to reach the form, enter your email, give consent, and submit. A successful signup confirms: “You’re on the list. Thanks for opting in to Jobspindle updates.” If your email is already listed, the form says: “You’re already on the waitlist.” It does not add a duplicate signup.

Question 6

Can Jobspindle look up schedules or book appointments?

Accepted Answer

No. Live schedule lookup and appointment booking are unavailable.

Question 7

Can I get reports based on calls?

Accepted Answer

No. Reports fed by answered calls are unavailable.

Question 8

Has Jobspindle announced pricing or a launch date?

Accepted Answer

No. Jobspindle has not published pricing or a launch date.
